Soshark に保存されたデータは、次のいずれかの方法で削除できます。

1. SNS アカウントの接続を解除する

Soshark にログインし、「アカウント」の画面で対象のアカウントの「接続を解除」を選びます。アクセストークンはただちに削除します。投稿と指標の記録も削除したいときは、次の 2 の方法でご依頼ください。

SNS 側の設定から連携を外すこともできます（例: Threads・Instagram はアプリの「設定」→「アカウント」→「ウェブサイトのアクセス許可」）。【要確認: 各アプリの最新の画面の名前】

2. 削除を依頼する

privacy@soshark.app に、ログインのメールアドレスと削除したい SNS アカウント（ユーザー名）を書いてお送りください。ご本人であることを確認したうえで、30 日以内に該当するデータを削除し、完了をお知らせします。

組織ごと削除したいときも同じ窓口でお受けします。組織のデータは 30 日の猶予の後にすべて削除します。

3. Meta から削除を依頼した場合

Facebook・Instagram・Threads の設定で Soshark との連携を削除し、データの削除を依頼すると、Meta から Soshark に通知が届きます。Soshark は該当するアカウントの投稿と指標を 30 日以内に削除します。受付のときに表示される確認コードと URL で、削除の状況を確認できます。

You can delete the data stored in Soshark in any of the following ways.

1. Disconnect a social account

Sign in to Soshark, open Accounts, and choose Disconnect for the account. The access token is deleted immediately. To also delete the stored posts and metrics, send a request as described in 2.

You can also remove Soshark from the social network’s own settings (for example, in Threads or Instagram: Settings → Account → Website permissions).

2. Request deletion

Email privacy@soshark.app with your sign-in email address and the social account (username) to delete. After verifying your identity, we delete the data within 30 days and let you know when it is done.

To delete a whole organization, use the same address. Organization data is deleted after a 30-day grace period.

3. Requests sent through Meta

If you remove Soshark in your Facebook, Instagram or Threads settings and request deletion, Meta notifies Soshark and we delete the account’s posts and metrics within 30 days. You can check the status with the confirmation code and URL shown when the request is received.
